Love Me Beauty | September Edition

I'm not a massive fan of subscription boxes, I find them really hit and miss so when I heard about Love Me Beauty I was excited to try it as they are more personal to you. When you sign up, you answer a series of questions about your personality and skin type, and then they send you out a box which is put together according to your preferences. There is also an option to pick exactly what you'd like in your box if you're fussy which I think is so helpful as there's nothing worse than receiving a box full of products you won't use.

When I opened my Love Me Beauty package to find three Kat Vod D products I literally could've screamed in excitement. Ok maybe not quite, but I think you understand the excitement. Ever since Kat Von D launched in the UK I've been dying to try out some products but I just can't decide what to buy at all so these three mini products have opened my eyes to how amazing the brand is.

If there's one Kat Von D product everyone talks about it's the Tattoo Liner. I'm not an eyeliner kinda gal, I used to wear it every single day but it took up way too much time getting the perfect flicks and we all know I love my bed more than anything so an extra 10 minutes in bed sounded like a better option. I gave the eyeliner a go and it's not completely changed my mind about eyeliner but I have to say this shit stays put all day long. It's easy to apply but it's a nightmare to remove without a proper cleanser, not much to complain about when your flicks are perfect all day long!

Kat Von D lip products are hyped up across the beauty world, especially the liquid lipsticks! Outlaw is a beautiful bright red shade. As the seasons are changing, reds are truly back in fashion and this shade is one of those shades that I'll want to wear when I'm a bit down and need a pick me, I find reds are just so sassy and a red lip will always make me feel better without a doubt. As with the Tattoo Liner, the wear time is incredible and it's an absolute bitch to get off but again how can you complain when you don't really have to reapply during the day?

Pink lipsticks aren't really my thing but this Kat Von D Studded Kiss Lipstick in the shade Magick is a true pink that isn't too bright and girly. It's a very subtle shade which I've been wearing for a more natural look during the past month. Pink still hasn't won me over but I'll be trying out a few more shades like this to try and break the hate barrier.

September's edition has your skincare needs covered with products from Omorovicza and Aromatherapy Associates. The rose scent of the products from Aromtherapy Associates is so refreshing, the cleanser works wonders on removing the last few patches of makeup left on the skin after an initial removal with micellar water and the skin tonic soothes the skin after a day of heavy makeup.

Omorozvicza have included two products for the days when your skin needs something more. The deep cleansing balm is perfect for after a full face of makeup or when your skin just needs a little pick me up, it leaves skin feeling so clean and smooth. When all else fails, the cleansing mask is a deep treatment that completely freshens up the skin and cleans the pores off all the dirt.

I was actually so impressed with my first Love Me Beauty box, I can't wait to receive the next one!

I'm also a Love Me Beauty Ambassador so you can use the code 'ami20' to get 20% off your subscription here.
