Appleyard London Cosy Cranberry

Fresh flowers always make my day, so when these arrived a few weeks ago I was so happy, especially as it was a dull Monday morning! Autumn is my favourite time of year and I just had to find some flowers to match the season.

When Appleyard London got in touch, I searched through the website and these instantly caught my eye, I went for the Cosy Cranberry Bouquet*, which consists of warm grand prix roses with rustic cherry brandy roses, green blooms and white bouvardia. My favourite part is definitely the cherry brandy roses, they're such a gorgeous colour, and I love the ombré style of them. They arrived in a large box and were very well packaged, so there was no chance they'd be damaged at all during delivery. The flowers are sent out fresh, with a small amount of water to keep them looking well on their way to you.

After unwrapping them, I used the flower food provided and put them in a vase for my room! The one thing I noticed straight away is that these flowers smell incredible, it's a nice strong scent, but not overpowering at all. Another thing I thought was this bouquet is actually huge, I always buy tiny bouquets but now I am really appreciating the idea of big arrangements. On arrival a lot of the flowers are slightly closed up, which I love so that you can see them bloom throughout the week. The flowers are promised to be fresh for at least 7 days, but I found mine lasted a lot longer than that, they definitely last at least 10 days or more.

As the winter is fast approaching and everything outside looks dead, I love to have fresh flowers just to brighten things up a bit! I am definitely going to have to invest in some more flowers from Appleyard London, their service is absolutely brilliant. I love the fact that you can choose exactly when to have the flowers delivered. Monday is a popular delivery day for me, as to be honest who doesn't want fresh flowers delivered to their door on a Monday morning? It's like the boyfriend we always dream of.

I'm not 100% happy with the photos I took, and I didn't realise this until about 10 days after I received them, so I thought I'd include a photo from their website so you can get a real idea of the size and quality of the bouquet!

Appleyard London sell a gorgeous selection of flowers, hampers, wine, chocolates and jewellery. Their website is full of variety, I'd really recommend checking it out. I have very kindly been given a discount code for 33% off all luxury bouquets, excluding the flowers by post range. Simply enter 'BLOG33' at the checkout to receive your discount!
